No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
​STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
By booking a service with Tatwamasi Astrology, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
​All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our services (Astrology consultations, spiritual rituals, and personalized reports), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been made.
​Intangible Service: You understand that you are paying for the Priest’s time, knowledge, and effort. These are intangible services and cannot be “returned.” Therefore, no refund requests will be entertained after booking.
​NO CANCELLATION POLICY
​Consultations: Once a time slot is booked for an Online Prediction or Consultation, it is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted.
​Rescheduling: In case of a genuine emergency, we may offer a one-time rescheduling of your appointment if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This is at the sole discretion of the management.
​Homams & Poojas: Preparation for rituals involves the procurement of sacred materials (Dravyam) and booking of assistant priests. Therefore, payments made for Homams/Poojas are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
​EXCEPTION (Service Non-Delivery)
The only exception to this policy is if we (Tatwamasi Astrology) are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the Chief Priest).
In such a rare case, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
​PAYMENT DISPUTES
Raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank after receiving the service is a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken to recover dues and damages for such fraudulent claims.
