​2. Nature of Services
​Astrology Services: Our consultations, horoscope analysis, and predictions are based on the ancient principles of Vedic Astrology.
​Disclaimer: Astrology is an intuitive science. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or predictions. The guidance provided is intended to help you make informed decisions, but the ultimate choice and responsibility lie with you.
​Rituals (Poojas/Homams): These are spiritual remedies performed with devotion. We facilitate the performance of these rituals but do not claim scientific validation for spiritual effects.
​3. Booking & Eligibility
​You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation.
​You agree to provide accurate birth details (Date, Time, and Place). We are not responsible for errors in analysis resulting from incorrect data provided by you.
​4. Limitation of Liability
​Tatwamasi Astrology and S.E. Sankaran Nambootiri are not legally responsible for any decisions you make based on our advice. Our services are for spiritual guidance and personal counseling purposes only.
​Refund and Cancellation Policy
​Effective Date: November 30, 2025
​At Tatwamasi Astrology, we value your time and trust. Due to the nature of our services (which involve significant time and effort for calculation and analysis), we have a strict refund policy.
​1. Cancellations
​Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a booked appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
​If cancelled 24 hours before: You may reschedule specifically or request a full refund.
​If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment: No refund will be issued, but we may offer a one-time rescheduling at our discretion.
​2. Refunds
​Service Non-Delivery: If we (the Astrologer) are unable to conduct the consultation at the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be initiated.
​After Service: Once the consultation has taken place or the Horoscope/Report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
​Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
